Why we started T&Y.

We kept seeing the same thing — businesses paying for websites that looked fine on delivery and fell apart six months later. Template sites sold as custom. Projects handed off to junior freelancers after the sales call. Invoices for "maintenance" that never actually maintained anything.

So we started T&Y to just do it properly. Every site we build is made from scratch for that specific client — not dropped into a theme and reskinned. We figure out what you need, build it the right way, and hand it over in a state you can actually manage.

We call ourselves engineers because that's how we think about the work. A site has to load fast, work on every device, and hold up as your business changes. Getting the visuals right matters, but it's not the whole job.

There are two of us. When you email us, one of us reads it and one of us builds it. That's it — no account managers passing messages back and forth, no surprises.

A few things you should know before hiring us

We keep things simple

We don't add features or sections just to make the project feel bigger. If something isn't helping your visitors, it doesn't go in.

We tell you what's happening

Before we start anything, we explain what we're doing and why. You'll know what's being built, what it costs, and when it's done — before you see the invoice.

The site works after we leave

We write clean code and document everything properly. You shouldn't need to hire us on retainer just to keep the lights on.

We won't upsell you

If you only need a two-page site, we'll tell you that. We'd rather give you the right answer than a bigger project.
